Refund Policy - the basics

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
 

Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available once a file has been delivered, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital purchase or believe there has been an error with your order, please contact me via the Contact page and I will be happy to assist.
 

Physical Products

Physical products may include print-on-demand books, apparel, or other made-to-order items.
 

As physical products are produced to order, refunds or replacements are generally offered only in the following circumstances:
 

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • The incorrect item was supplied
     

Please contact me within a reasonable timeframe after delivery and include relevant details or photographs where applicable.

Refunds are not offered for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or minor variations in colour or finish that are inherent to print-on-demand production, unless required by law.
 

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Where applicable, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for products that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.
