FUNDED & SUPPORTED PROJECTS PARTICIPATION POLICY

Maria Grujicic Studio

Maria Grujicic Studio occasionally presents workshops, exhibitions, creative programs and community arts experiences that are made available at no cost, reduced cost or subsidised cost to participants through grants, sponsorships, venue partnerships, community support or other funding arrangements.
These opportunities are created to increase access to meaningful creative experiences for children, teens, families, carers, educators and community members.

1. SUPPORTED PLACES

A funded or supported place may be offered at no cost, reduced cost or subsidised cost to the participant.
Although a participant may not pay a fee, each place represents a supported creative opportunity involving planning, materials, venue costs, artist time, administration, promotion or partner support.
Places may be limited.

2. ENROLMENT COMMITMENT

By submitting an enrolment form, participants are requesting a place and confirming that they intend to attend.
Participants, parents, carers and guardians are asked to enrol thoughtfully and only where they reasonably expect to be able to attend.
Some funded projects may require a short written response as part of enrolment. This helps Maria Grujicic Studio understand participant interest, allocate limited places fairly and document the value of the project.

3. CANCELLATIONS AND NON-ATTENDANCE

If circumstances change, participants must notify Maria Grujicic Studio as soon as possible.
Early notice allows a supported place to be offered to another participant who may otherwise miss out.
Where possible, participants should provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or changes to attendance can be made by:
Email: mariagrujicartist@gmail.com
Phone: 0421 526 722
Where a participant does not attend without prior notice or a reasonable explanation, Maria Grujicic Studio may take this into account when allocating places in future limited-capacity funded or supported workshops.
This is not intended as a punishment. It helps ensure that supported opportunities reach people who are ready and able to participate.

4. PROJECT PARTNERS AND FUNDERS

Individual project pages and enrolment forms may acknowledge relevant funding bodies, sponsors, venue partners or community supporters.
Where required, Maria Grujicic Studio may collect non-identifying participation information, participant feedback, attendance information and project documentation for reporting, acquittal, evaluation and future funding applications.
Identifiable photographs, names, quotes or other personal information will only be used in accordance with the permissions provided.

6. PARTICIPATION AND COMMUNITY VALUE
Funded and supported projects are designed to create accessible opportunities for creative learning, connection, confidence, expression and participation.
Participants are encouraged to engage respectfully with the project, its materials, the venue, other participants and the people whose support has helped make the opportunity possible.
