Digital products are delivered electronically.

No physical shipping is required. After successful purchase, digital products are supplied by download link or email, as stated on the relevant product page.
 

Physical Products

Physical products may include books, apparel, wearable art, postcards and other made-to-order studio goods.

Some physical products are produced or fulfilled to order through trusted production partners. Processing and delivery timeframes may therefore vary depending on the product, production requirements and shipping destination.

Estimated production and delivery information will be provided on the relevant product page where available.


Australia and New Zealand
 

Postage and handling are included in the listed price for eligible physical products delivered within Australia and New Zealand, unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times for physical products depend on factors including:

• production time

• product availability

• shipping destination

• postal or courier services

• customs processing, where applicable

All delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to postal service disruptions, courier delays, weather events, customs processing or other circumstances outside Maria Grujicic Studio’s control.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available through the online checkout for all destinations.

​

Customers outside Australia and New Zealand are welcome to contact Maria Grujicic Studio to ask whether international delivery can be arranged for a particular item.

Please include the following information in your enquiry:

• preferred size, colour or variation

• quantity required

• country and postal code

Where international delivery is available, a separate shipping quote will be provided before an order is arranged.

International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, fees or charges applied by their country.

 

Made-to-Order Products, Returns and Exchanges

​

Many Maria Grujicic Studio apparel and wearable-art products are created especially for you after an order is placed through a print-on-demand production partner.

​

This made-to-order approach allows the studio to offer small-run, artist-designed pieces without producing large quantities of unsold stock. By creating products only when they are ordered, the model helps reduce overproduction and unnecessary textile waste compared with conventional mass production.

For this reason, please choose carefully before ordering, including checking the product description, garment measurements, size guide, colour, design and delivery details.

Maria Grujicic Studio does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selection, preference changes, or orders where a customer has not checked the available product information before purchase.

However, this does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or significantly different from its description, please contact the studio within 30 days of delivery so the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate remedy arranged.

To help assess a quality issue, please include:

• your order number

• clear photographs of the item and any fault or damage

• a brief description of the issue

Where appropriate, a replacement, reprint, refund or other remedy may be arranged.

Materials and Thoughtful Production

​

Maria Grujicic Studio selects products for their quality, comfort, print suitability and relationship to the artwork.

​

The range may include organic cotton, recycled-material or lower-impact options where these are available and clearly identified on the individual product page. Product composition, care instructions and garment details are listed with each item so customers can make an informed choice.

​

Print-on-demand production is not impact-free, but producing an item only after it has been ordered helps avoid excess inventory and reduces waste from unsold products. Printful describes its made-to-order model as a way to reduce overproduction and textile waste; its designated eco-friendly apparel range contains products made with at least 70% organic or recycled materials, or blends of those materials.

Shipping Issues

Please check your delivery details carefully before placing an order.

If a physical order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact Maria Grujicic Studio as soon as reasonably possible after receiving it. Please include your order details and clear photographs where relevant so the issue can be reviewed.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights available to customers under the Australian Consumer Law.
