Workshop Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Payment
All workshop bookings must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come basis.
Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
2. Minimum Enrolment & Session Adjustments
Workshops require a minimum number of participants to proceed.
If minimum enrolment numbers are not reached, Maria Grujicic Studio reserves the right to:
• Convert the session to a shorter private or small-group creative workshop at the same fee,
• Adjust session duration while maintaining educational value,
• Cap the session at a smaller number of participants,
• Reschedule the session to a future date, or
• Cancel the session and provide a full refund.
Participants will be notified prior to the venue confirmation deadline.​
3. Participant Cancellations
Due to venue hire commitments, the following cancellation terms apply:
• Cancellations made more than 5 working days prior to the workshop are eligible for transfer to a future session or studio credit (valid for 6 months).
• Cancellations made within 5 working days of the workshop are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Transfers within 5 working days may be considered at the discretion of Maria Grujicic Studio in cases of genuine illness or emergency, or where a place can be filled from a waiting list.
Change of mind does not qualify for refund.
4. Cancellation by Maria Grujicic Studio
If a workshop is cancelled due to illness, venue closure, insufficient bookings, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered:

Transfer to a future date, or
-
A full refund.
5. Parent Attendance & Supervision
Workshops for children aged 4–9 are parent-attended.
Parents or carers remain responsible for their child at all times.
6. Venue Conditions
Workshops held at external venues are subject to the venue’s terms and conditions. Participants agree to comply with venue rules including safety, conduct, and no-smoking policies.
7. Allergies & Medical Information
Please advise of any allergies, medical conditions, or additional needs at the time of booking.
8. Photography & Media
Workshops may be documented for educational or promotional purposes through photographs of materials, artwork, or hands engaged in creative activity.
No identifiable image of a child will be photographed or published.
Parents may notify Maria Grujicic Studio in writing prior to the session if they prefer their child’s hands or artwork not be documented.

9. Limitation of Liability
All reasonable care is taken to provide a safe, respectful learning environment. Participation in creative activities involves minor risks associated with art materials and tools.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
