Each item is printed on demand to help reduce excess production and textile waste.

All physical products are made to order through Maria Grujicic Studio’s print-on-demand production partners. Production begins after your order is placed, followed by shipping to your nominated delivery address.

Please allow sufficient time for both production and delivery. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary due to production demand, destination, carrier delays, customs processing and other circumstances outside Maria Grujicic Studio’s control.

Colours and product appearance

Colours may vary slightly between screen displays and finished printed products due to differences in monitor settings, fabric texture, garment base colour and printing processes.

Small variations may occur between individual made-to-order products and are part of the production process.

Sizing

Sizing information and measurements are provided as a guide. Please check the relevant Size Guide carefully before ordering.

Where a garment is described as suitable for sizing up for a looser fit or additional growing room, this is a general guide only. Customers remain responsible for selecting their preferred size based on the measurements provided.

Change of mind and incorrect size selection

Because products are made specifically after an order is placed, Maria Grujicic Studio does not offer returns or exchanges for:

• change of mind

• colour or style preference

• ordering the incorrect size

• deciding that the product is no longer required.
  

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, incorrectly supplied, or significantly different from its description, please contact Maria Grujicic Studio as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide:

• your order number

• a description of the problem

• clear photographs showing the issue.
  

The matter will be assessed and an appropriate remedy provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the circumstances and whether the problem is major or minor, remedies may include repair, replacement or refund. Australian Consumer Law provides additional rights for major failures. ACCC

Shipping

Australian shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.

International orders are currently handled by direct enquiry unless international checkout is specifically available for that product or destination.

Maria Grujicic Studio is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs authorities or circumstances outside its reasonable control, but will assist with order enquiries where appropriate.

Product and policy updates

Maria Grujicic Studio may update product descriptions, prices, availability and store policies from time to time. Changes will not alter the agreed price or terms of an order that has already been accepted.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
